At Teefangi, we treat every wooden bowl as a piece of art, not just a shipment. From our workshop to your dining table, every step is carefully managed. Because our products are handcrafted from natural wood, we use specialized, protective packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition at your doorstep.
1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently deliver exclusively within the United States.

Domestic Coverage: All 50 states.

Important Note: We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or locations with restricted vehicle access. A physical street address is required for all orders to ensure safe delivery by our carriers.
2. PROCESSING TIME (READY-TO-SHIP)
Teefangi operates on a Ready-to-Ship basis to ensure you receive your artisan pieces as quickly as possible.

Processing: Orders are inspected, wrapped, and packed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET usually begin processing the same business day.

Peak Seasons: During holidays, processing may take up to 3 business days.
3. SHIPPING COSTS & ESTIMATES
We offer transparent flat-rate shipping with trusted domestic carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS Priority.

4. ARTISAN PACKAGING & HANDLING
Natural wood needs protection from moisture and impact. We ensure every bowl is:

Moisture-Resistant: Wrapped in protective paper to prevent humidity shifts during transit.

Cushioned: Secured with recyclable honeycomb paper or protective padding.

Sturdy Boxing: Shipped in double-walled corrugated boxes to prevent compression and damage.
5. TRACKING & DELIVERY ISSUES

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier system to update.

Damage Claims: If your bowl arrives damaged, contact us at [email protected] within 72 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a free replacement immediately.

Lost Shipments: If tracking shows no movement for more than 7 days, please reach out so we can coordinate with the carrier.
6. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

12-Hour Window: You may cancel or update your order within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.

After Dispatch: Once the package is with the carrier, the order cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for next steps.
