RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Teefangi, we are proud of the craftsmanship that goes into every natural wood bowl we create. We want you to love your artisan centerpiece. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, we have established a transparent process to assist you within the United States.
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, the item must be:
Unused: The bowl must show no signs of use (no food stains, knife marks, or water damage).
Original Condition: Returned in the original packaging with all protective wrapping.
Excluded Cases: We cannot accept returns on items that have been placed in a dishwasher, soaked in water, or oiled with non-food-safe products. Damage caused by improper care is not covered under our warranty.
2. NATURAL WOOD DISCLAIMER (WABI-SABI)
Every Teefangi bowl is handcrafted from solid, natural wood.
Uniqueness: Variations in grain, texture, and color tone are natural characteristics of timber.
Not a Defect: These variations make your bowl unique. Returns requested solely due to “grain pattern” or “shade difference” will be treated as a Change of Mind return (Customer pays shipping).
3. RETURN SCENARIOS
A. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item: If your bowl arrives cracked, broken, or is the wrong style, Teefangi covers 100% of the cost. Contact us within 72 hours with photos. We will send a Free Replacement or issue a Full Refund.
B. Change of Mind (Personal Preference): The customer is responsible for the cost of tracked return shipping. We will refund the Product Price only. Original shipping fees ($4.99) are non-refundable.
4. REFUND PROCESSING TIME
We strive to return your funds as quickly as possible once a return is authorized or an order is cancelled.
Processing Time: Once approved, it takes 7 business days for the refund to be fully processed.
Completion: This is the total amount of time it takes for the customer to receive a refund back to their original payment method (Stripe, PayPal, or Credit Card).
Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 1-3 business days to reflect on your bank statement after we have issued the refund.
5. HOW TO START A RETURN
Please do not send items back without prior approval.
Email us: [email protected] within 30 days with your Order Number and photos.
Review: Our team will respond within 1 business day with the return authorization.
Ship: Use a tracked carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Wooden bowls are fragile; damage during return shipping due to poor packing will void the refund.

6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Within 12 Hours: You may cancel for a full refund within 12 hours of ordering.
After 12 Hours: Once production and packaging have begun, the order cannot be canceled. You must follow the standard Returns Policy after the item arrives.
