At Teefangi, we treat every wooden bowl as a piece of art, not just a shipment. From our workshop to your dining table, every step is carefully managed. Because our products are handcrafted from natural wood, we use specialized packaging to protect them from moisture and impact during their journey to you.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently deliver to:

  • Domestic: United States

  • International: United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Portugal, Canada, Australia.

Important: We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or locations with restricted vehicle access. A physical street address is required to ensure safe delivery.

2. Processing Time (Ready-to-Ship)

Teefangi operates on a Ready-to-Ship basis.

  • Processing: Orders are inspected, wrapped, and packed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST usually begin processing the same business day.

  • Note: During peak holidays, processing may take up to 3 business days.

  • All shipping fees are displayed clearly at checkout. No hidden handling fees.

  • Carriers Used: We use trusted services like UPS, FedEx, and DHL Express to ensure reliable tracking.

4. International Taxes & Duties (DDP)

We want your international shopping experience to be worry-free.

  • No Surprise Fees: Teefangi ships to the UK, Europe, Canada, and Australia under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms.

  • We Cover The Tax: All applicable import duties, VAT, and customs fees are covered by Teefangi. The price you pay at checkout is final. You will not be asked to pay any additional charges upon delivery.

5. Packaging & Handling

Although our bowls are sturdy, natural wood needs protection from scratches and dents.

  • Eco-Friendly Protection: We wrap each bowl in moisture-resistant paper and cushion it with recyclable honeycomb paper or dense foam.

  • Sturdy Boxing: We use double-walled corrugated boxes to prevent compression damage during transit.

  • Unboxing: Your bowl arrives ready to display. Care instructions are included in the box.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:

  • Your Tracking Number.

  • A direct link to the carrier’s website.

  • Note: Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the system.

7. What to Do If Something Goes Wrong

  • Damaged Items: If your bowl arrives cracked, dented, or damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Email [email protected] with photos of the item and the box. We will send a free replacement immediately.

  • Lost Shipments: If tracking shows no movement for more than 7 days, let us know. We will coordinate with the carrier to locate the package or issue a replacement.

  • Refused/Undeliverable: Please ensure your address is correct. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be subject to a re-shipping fee.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Cancellation Window: You may cancel or update your order within 24 hours of placing it (provided it hasn’t shipped).

  • After Shipping: Once the package is with the carrier, we cannot cancel the order. You will need to follow our Return Policy.
