Returns & Refunds Policy

At Teefangi, we are proud of the craftsmanship that goes into every natural wood bowl we create. We want you to love your centerpiece. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, we have a transparent process to help you.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, the item must be:
Unused: The bowl must show no signs of use (no food stains, knife marks, or water damage).
Original Condition: Returned in the original packaging with all protective wrapping.
Proof: Valid Order Number required.
Important: We cannot accept returns on items that have been:
Placed in a dishwasher.
Soaked in water.
Oiled with non-food-safe products by the customer. Damage caused by improper care is not covered under our warranty.
2. Natural Wood Disclaimer
Every Teefangi bowl is handcrafted from solid, natural wood.
Uniqueness: Variations in wood grain, texture, and color tone (from light honey to dark amber) are natural characteristics of the timber.
Not a Defect: These variations make your bowl unique. Returns requested solely due to “grain pattern” or “shade difference” will be treated as a Change of Mind return (Customer pays shipping).
3. Return Scenarios
A. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If your bowl arrives cracked, broken, or is the wrong style, Teefangi covers 100% of the cost.
Action: Contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
Resolution: We will send a Free Replacement immediately or issue a Full Refund. You do not need to return the broken shards.
B. Change of Mind (Personal Preference)
If the bowl is in perfect condition but you decide it doesn’t fit your decor:
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping to our facility.
Refund: We will refund the Product Price only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
International Customers: Please note that return shipping from outside the US can be expensive. Since Teefangi covered the import duties (DDP) on the way to you, those costs are non-recoverable. We will only refund the item price.
4. How to Request a Return
Please do not send items back without approval.
Step 1: Email [email protected] within 30 days. Include your Order Number and reason for return.
Step 2: Our team will review your request within 1 business day and provide the return address.
Step 3: Pack the bowl securely. Crucial: Use the original cushioning. Wooden bowls can crack if they bounce around in an empty box.
Step 4: Ship via a tracked carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx).

5. Refund Timeline
Inspection: We inspect returns within 2 business days of arrival.
Processing: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after approval.
Bank Time: Please allow your bank an additional 3–7 days to post the funds.
6. Order Cancellations
Before Shipping: You may cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of ordering.
After Shipping: Once the tracking number is active, the package is with the carrier. You will need to receive it and follow the standard Returns Policy.
