TRACK YOUR ORDER

To follow your artisan bowl’s journey from our New York facility to your home, please enter your Tracking ID in the box below and press the “Track” button.







Where is my Tracking ID?

  • Shipping Confirmation: Your unique Tracking ID was sent to the email address you provided when placing your order.

  • Timing: You will receive this email once your order has been professionally inspected, oiled, and packed for shipment.

What to Expect

  • Ready-to-Ship: Because we maintain a physical inventory, most tracking IDs are generated within 1–2 business days.

  • Carrier Updates: Once you receive your ID, please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier (UPS, FedEx, or DHL) to scan the package and update the status on their website.

  • Missed Emails: If you haven’t received a ‘Shipping Confirmation’ email within 3 business days, please check your Spam or Promotions folder.
