By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy. Our store currently serves customers in the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Spain, Canada, Italy, Belgium, and Portugal.

3. PRODUCTS & ARTISAN NATURE (WOOD-SPECIFIC)

We specialize in handcrafted natural wood bowls. Because we work with organic materials, please understand:

• Natural Variation: Solid wood has unique color, grain, texture, and pattern differences (wabi-sabi). No two bowls are identical.

• Size Tolerances: Minor variations in dimensions may occur due to the handmade nature of our work.

• Screen Accuracy: Your device screen may display colors differently than the physical product.

• Care Requirements: Wood is sensitive to its environment. Do not expose Teefangi bowls to direct sunlight, high humidity, or standing water for long periods. Follow our care guides to prevent cracking or warping.

4. ORDERING AND PAYMENT

• Acceptance: We accept your order when we send a confirmation email and begin processing your shipment. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders due to stock errors, pricing inaccuracies, or suspected fraud.

• Currency: All transactions are in USD. Your bank may apply conversion fees, which we do not control.

• Taxes & Duties: You are responsible for all charges shown at checkout. For international orders, import duties or VAT/GST are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise in our Shipping Policy.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

• Processing: Most items are “Ready-to-Ship” and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

• Inspection: Upon delivery, please inspect your package. If you notice damage, take photos and contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with a claim or replacement.

All content on this Website—text, images, logos, and product designs—belongs to Teefangi. You give us a worldwide license to use and display any reviews or photos you share with us for marketing purposes, with credit where practical.
