1. ACCEPTED PAYMENT OPTIONS

We support the following secure payment methods:

A. Credit & Debit Cards We accept all major international cards:

• Visa, Mastercard, and American Express

• Discover, JCB, and Diners Club

B. PayPal Select PayPal at checkout to pay using your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or credit card. You will be redirected to the secure PayPal site to complete your purchase.

2. CURRENCY & INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS

• Transaction Currency: All prices and transactions on Teefangi.com are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

• For International Customers (UK, EU, CA, AU): If your account is in a different currency, your bank or card issuer will automatically convert the transaction at their current exchange rate.

• No Hidden Fees (DDP): For our supported international regions, Teefangi covers all import duties and taxes. The total amount you see at checkout is the final price. You will not be charged any extra fees upon delivery.

3. PAYMENT SECURITY

Your financial safety is our top priority:

• 256-bit SSL Encryption: Our website uses industry-leading encryption to protect your personal data during transmission.

• No Card Storage: Teefangi does not store your credit card numbers. Your data is tokenized and processed directly by our secure, Level 1 PCI-DSS Compliant partners.

• Fraud Protection: We use automated Address Verification Systems (AVS) to prevent unauthorized card use.

4. TROUBLESHOOTING: WHY WAS MY PAYMENT DECLINED?

If you experience issues during checkout, please check the following:

• Billing Address Match: Your billing address must match exactly what is on file with your bank. This is the most common reason for declines.

• International Authorization: For customers outside the US, ensure your card is enabled for international/overseas transactions.

• Funds & Limits: Verify you have sufficient funds and have not reached your daily spending limit.

• Tip: If your credit card continues to fail, try using PayPal, as it often has a higher success rate for international transactions.

5. UNSUPPORTED METHODS

To maintain maximum security, we currently do not accept: Cash on Delivery (COD), Personal Checks, Money Orders, Direct Bank Transfers, or Cryptocurrency.
