ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

At Teefangi, we value transparency and efficiency. Because our wooden bowls are artisan products that enter the inspection and packaging phase quickly, we have established the following guidelines for cancellations.

1. THE 12-HOUR CANCELLATION WINDOW

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund.

• Why 12 hours? As a “Ready-to-Ship” store, our team begins inspecting, wood-oiling, and specialized crating shortly after an order is received to ensure fast delivery.

• After 12 Hours: Once an order has entered the “Packaging” or “In-Transit” phase, we are unable to cancel it. In these cases, you may follow our Returns & Refunds Policy once the item arrives.

2. HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER

To request a cancellation within the 12-hour window, please email us immediately at [email protected]. To help us process your request faster, please include:

• Your Order ID (e.g., #TF1234).

• The Email Address used at checkout.

• Subject Line: [URGENT] Cancellation Request – Order # (Your Order Number).

3. REFUND PROCESS

If your cancellation is approved within the eligible timeframe:

• Full Refund: We will issue a 100% refund to your original payment method (Stripe or PayPal).

• Notification: You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

• Timeline: Refunds are typically processed by our system within 2 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–7 business days to reflect the amount on your statement.

4. POST-SHIPMENT CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier (UPS, FedEx, or DHL), it is physically impossible for us to stop the shipment. If you no longer want the item, please accept the delivery and contact us to initiate a standard return. Please note that return shipping costs for “Change of Mind” are the responsibility of the customer.
